Steps to reproduce:
1. Get the url autocomplete drop-down to drop down.
  a. Type www.mozilla.org into the location bar and press enter.
  b. Type www.mozilla.org/hacking into the location bar and press enter.
  c. Type www.moz into the location bar and wait for the drop-down.
2. Click on any of the items in the drop-down.

Result: location bar text replaced with url clicked on, but Mozilla doesn't
start loading the url until I hit enter.
Expected: Mozilla should start loading that url immediately.
I disagree with this. Reassign to german until we can get the spec to say one
thing or the other.

Jesse's right. The auto-complete menu should act like any other menu -- if you
click on an item, you activate it.
yeah I'd like to hear useability's take on this. If we change this behavior then you could
never add anything to the end of the selected url.
Suppose(following the repro steps) you wanted to go to www.mozilla.org/hacking/hack.html
for the first time. I'd type 'www.mo', pick from the menu and then type the rest, mozilla
having saved me some keystrokes(the examples could be much longer).
Not at all. Type `www.mo', use the down arrow key to choose
`http://www.mozilla.org' from the auto-completion menu, then type
`/hacking/hack.html'. Since your hands are already on the keyboard, it's going
to be quicker selecting the menu item from the keyboard than with the mouse, anyway.
To make sure fixing this bug doesn't make bug 69095 worse: clicking an item
should replace the location bar text *and* go to that url.
