Running nightly on Galaxy S tablet. Version 9.0a1

Issue
Clicking into a password field box will bring up the tool tip gui and suggest other values that have been entered into other text boxes. Note: it does not appear to suggest any password values, just other text box values.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a website, submit a form that contains a text box
2. Go to another page on that website and single click into the password box. The auto suggest should show the text entered from the other form.

Expected Behavior
Password fields will never suggest values
