Currently, we're releasing little cartons of mozmill:
http://brasstacks.mozilla.com/cartons/
Although you can generate these by hand, why make mistakes? Instead, here's a script that will do it. It currently ignores version number, though that's fixable too

This looks great.
So the process is:
1. Run script
2. name output mozmill_carton_<version>
3. Upload to brasstacks.
Sounds good to me.
