The upcoming release (1.0 final) can stay on l10n-miramar for now, I don't plan to push any more string changes for 1.0. The releases afterwards (version number TBD) will follow the same cycle that Thunderbird uses, so we should set up a dashboard for aurora (and beta, if Thunderbird also does that).
What about central?
I had the impression that localization was done on aurora or beta, but if Thunderbird has a dashboard for central, then we want one too.
Pike, any updates here?
These are up now as https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/shipping/dashboard?tree=cal_beta, cal_central, cal_aurora. There's no appversions associated with any of those yet, that depends a bit on how you want to migrate out of the miramar.
