When I click in the URL bar and try to select the URL currently in there, it
should turn blue. And yet it doesn't.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open browser
2. Try to select text in URL bar
Actual Results: Text in URL bar remains white
Expected Results: Text should have been selected, with the selection being made
obvious with a blue background behind the text, and the selected text becoming
white.
