User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/534.24 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/11.0.696.68 Safari/534.24 Steps to reproduce: I'm using Bugzilla 3.6 in fedora 11 with apache.i'm unable to send the email notification on bug change and new bug creation from bugzilla using smtp. previously everything was fine and isent mails (bugs) to the users using same sMTP settings. i've not changed any settings bugzilla email settings. mail_delivery_method : SMTP smtpserver :smtpout.secureserver.net Actual results: Now i'm getting error , Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and send it to admin@123.com with details of what you were doing at the time this message appeared. URL: https://<host name>/bugzilla/process_bug.cgi There was an error sending mail from 'abcd@123.com' to 'abcd@123.com':Couldn't authenticate 'abcd@123.com:...' Expected results: How to resolve this error.thanks in advance.

Either you defined an invalid email address, i.e. this address doesn't exist, or you didn't pass correct credentials when trying to access your SMTP server.
