When clicking the "Resend confirmation mail" link, I get a 404 error: https://mozillians.allizom.org/en-US/send_confirmation?user=tobbi.bugs+1011@googlemail.com Is this blocking the release?
I tried doing reproducing this with the following steps with my non-vouched account: 1. Go to mozillians.allizom.org 2. Try to log-in with sammybahamas@gmail.com (no password). Press Enter. 3. Click on the "Resend confirmation email?" link 4. Click the confirmation link in my e-mail account. Actual Results: I get "e-mail confirmed". So, it worked for me.
This happens with emails containing a "+" symbol, because emails are not urlencoded during the redirect. I have a fix coded for it; I'll push it up to master after the 1.0 launch.
Matt: you said you had a patch for this, right? I'm triaging all the bugs that we can put in for a quick follow-up release as "[1.0.1]". Feel free to triage as well.
