Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.16 i686; en-US; 0.8) Gecko/20010215 BuildID: 2001021503 When I check the checkbox Preferences -> Advanced -> Passwords -> use encryption when storing data, and then I select the OK Button in the Preferences Window, Mozilla freezes up. This bug should be tracked by 40891 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: When I check the checkbox Preferences -> Advanced -> Passwords -> use encryption when storing data, and then I select the OK Button in the Preferences Window, Mozilla freezes up. Actual Results: Frozen Mozilla Expected Results: Accepted the preferences and returned to the browser (or wherever it came from)
40891 is the meta bug for when OK doesn't respond. In this bug (69049) clicking OK does cause a respond, namely a freeze - i believe that's quite another issue. Sounds related to bug 58417
