Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2
Build ID: 20110906120836
Steps to reproduce:
Pin Google+ in an app tab.
Actual results:
When Firefox is started, the contents of the Stream in the pinned Google+ tab are stale.
If you wait until Google+ finishes loading and then hit the reload button, the contents of the Stream is updated to reflect the current time.
Expected results:
When the app tab is loaded, the contents should be up to date.

It doesn't ever happen when you navigate to plus.google.com in the usual fashion, only when a saved tab gets restored.
Do pages get any kind of event when a saved tab is restored? How are they supposed to know that they need to alter their DOM to match what it was when they tab was saved? Does the page's DOM & JavaScript state get saved when a tab is saved? Is Firefox saving that state correctly? It sure doesn't like it from here.

Portions of Twitter's sidebar (specifically, the Following, Who to follow, and Trends items) often don't show up when a pinned tab is first loaded. They do reappear after hitting Reload.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
