Highlighting on selection in the address bar does not work

In the reccent builds highlighting in the address bar does not work. You can't
select the address (URL) with mose nor with keyboard.
Using Mozilla 2001021520 on Windows 2000 SP1 on PC.

This worked before. Adding keyword regression.
