Steps to reproduce:

Launch Firefox, let it auto-sync or try using Sync Now.


Actual results:

I get one of two errors just below the Awesome Bar:

1. Sync encountered an error while connecting: Server incorrectly configured. Please try again."

2. Sync encountered an error while syncing: Unknown error. Sync will automatically retry this action.

The first is the most common. Typically, it will not sync when this one happens. If I get the second error, it will sometimes sync successfully if I leave it alone for a while (although the error will continue to pop up). Possibly related to bug 680027.



Expected results:

Firefox should have synced properly. Sync logs attached.

Doesn't seem fixed to me, got the same error this morning. Attached new log. Running FF 9 beta this time.

Still getting errors constantly. Lots of "NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE" in the sync logs. Internal DNS issues or something?

Haven't experienced this in a while. Maybe fixed behind the scenes without updating here? Marking resolved.
