Details

When the current theme/skin (in this case "GrayModern") is not available, e.g. because of a complete reinstallation of the browser, the browser hangs during startup instead of falling back to a built-in theme like classic. This makes the browser unusable until the startup profile is changed to one that uses an available skin.
