BUILD: linux 2001-02-16-08
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: try to select text (with mouse or shift-arrow) in url bar,
text input widget, find dialog, anything like that.
ACTUAL RESULTS: cannot select text
EXPECTED RESULTS: select text
NOTE: regression since the 2001-02-14-21 build. also, textareas and <editor />
fields work fine.
ccing rods in case this is an HTML form controls problem, but I doubt it is.
This bug makes it impossible to do text copying that is necessary for testing of
a lot of browser fuctionality...

Actually, it's started working in text inputs after a reload. Still does not
work in any XUL textfields (eg in preferences). Reducing severity, un-ccing
rods, since it's not an HTML form issue.
Severity: blocker → major

I have pretty much the same symptoms on build ID: 2001021604 running on Windows
2000. At the very least the OS should be changed to all.
This bug makes it impossible to cut and paste urls...
