If i close Mozilla (0.7 and 0.8) sometimes it does not restart, but there
is "mozilla.exe" in the tasklist. I think it's a bug about directx 8
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start Mozilla
2.close it
3.Try to restart

Updating summary to better reflect bug behavior.
If there is a mozilla.exe in the task list after cloding Mozilla, a work-around
is to kill this task in the task manager first before restarting Mozilla.
Enrico, could you provide a step-by-step list to reproduce this? Thanks

nope, we have 3 windows bugs about this. one is for directx, one is for audio,
and one is for dde. I think DX and audio are the same bug, but i haven't
finished designing a test system for that.
