Steps to reproduce:
No user action required (only Firefox with existant Sync account)
Actual results:
Firefox Sync says it is not able to sync and offers me to check the services server status in a bottom bar
The Sync log shows https://phx-sync422.services.mozilla.com server throws 503 error to Sync client
Expected results:
Nothing, Sync is an background processus, no alerts are displayed if Sync works
