Details

When opening the bookmark window and viewing the View menu, there is no 'tick' (v) before the Toolbar entry. The Toolbar *is* visible. This is only when View->Toolbar has never been selected before. Only after selecting View-Toolbar, the 'tick' is consistent with the presence of the Toolbar: tick: toolbar present no tick: toolbar not present. With 'never' I mean never after installation.
