Mike and Christie: Let us know when you have an idea what changes you're looking for. Jen is currently setting up a dev instance of this app and will then be able to get to your modifications :)

Take a look at let me know what you think. I'd also like to have UX give it a once-over.
One thing I'd like to explore doing is making each section its own tab, and only showing one tab at a time.

Very nice. I like how there's a full section on success metrics, as it forces thinking about those very early on, and allow everyone early on to voice concerns about possible improvements in those areas.
Questions:
- Any idea if the company-wide "objectives" are subject to change on a semiregular basis? I guess we can just change the forms as they do, doing that once a quarter or less won't kill us.
- Dependencies might benefit from an "other" field.
- do we need a place for them to say what development resources, if any, they are looking for and if they have something in mind already or if they want us to guide that process?

New version with some additions:
* Separated the Goals section into a "Goals & Metrics" and one for "Market Analysis."
* Updated objectives to match terms engagement is now using (three categories instead of five).
* Added an "Other" field to dependencies.

I think the are subject to change, but not too often so we can make minor changes to the form when they do.

I don't think so. Development resources are something the TPMs and the engineering manager will work to figure out.

Sounds good. Let us know when it's "feature complete" and ready to be ported into the app.
