User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1
Build ID: 20110928134238
Steps to reproduce:
Trying to fill out the this form:
https://secure.feedingamerica.org/site/Donation2?df_id=1560&1560.donation=form1
Using the downarrow and enter on the keyboard to select from the autocomplete menus appears to select the desired item, but also submits the form using the value in the field before autocompletion.

Fail to repro over here.
Does is matter if the other Fields are filled?
Is it happening for the "State/Province" or the "Country" Dropdown or both?

I did the following to repo:
Go to https://secure.feedingamerica.org/site/Donation2?df_id=1560&1560.donation=form1
Complete the name with test user
Submit form (to generate an auto enter entry)
You are returned to the form with errors shown
Delete the name test user
Type T in the name box
Use the arrow key to select test user
Hit Enter
Expected Results:
Test User is populated in name field
Actual Results:
Form is submitted
Reproduced with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0a1) Gecko/20111008 Firefox/10.0a1 ID:20111008030946

Also affects https://www.ups.com/one-to-one/login in Firefox 15.0 (release) on Mac OS X 10.7.4
Why is this still marked as unconfirmed?

I can reproduce this using a Nightly on the Site mentioned in Comment 5, but not on the one of Comment 0. Maybe the Site changed in the Meantime.
> Why is this still marked as unconfirmed?
Because Nobody set CONFIRMED Status yet?
It won't get fixed/resolved (if at all) any quicker anyways :-)
I for myself tend to set CONFIRMED not only if I can actually confirm the reported Issue but also I made sure that I searched the Database for already reported Reports ("Dupe").

Also affects https://www.tumblr.com/login in Firefox 17.0.1 (release) on Mac OS X 10.7.5.
I start typing my email address, the autocomplete dropdown appears, I use the arrow keys to pick my email address, I hit enter; my email address and password dots appear as expected, the tab icon takes on the page loading animation; the loaded page is the same form with the error message for not entering a password, with the characters I typed in the email field (not the complete address I picked from the dropdown). To log in successfully I need to type in both the address and password without using autocomplete.

I see this again today in Firefox 21.0 on https://course.bighistoryproject.com/en/Sign-In
Is this a duplicate of one of bug 175597, bug 286933, or bug 364733?
