As the bug summary explains, we should have a decent FAQ for the site. It doesn't really do a great job of explaining what it can do and what we expect it to do in the future.

Ok, this is done. Re-assigned to default for some dev love. The most obvious placement is: 1. Next to the "What is Mozillians" hyperlink on the homepage. (on the footer) 2. At the bottom of the about page, offer a link with the text: "Visit our FAQ if you have more questions or want to find a way to contact the team!"
