Perhaps we should just rename it to nsISupportsBool and be done with it; there are only 93 MXR hits in all of comm-central. The contract ID and CID and associated macros should probably also change. We could leave a dummy nsISupportsPRBool interface (extends nsISupportsBool) for compatibility.
