When visiting rightmove.co.uk, the slideshow bar is in the middle of the images when using Nightly but when using Aurora it renders correctly.

The CSS matters more here than the HTML....

This looks like a "regression" from bug 10209: That bar is an absolutely positioned div which is inside a div with "position: relative; display: table".

Removing the "position: relative" from the table fixes the display.

So this looks like a bug in the site to me...

Hmm, except that they're using bottom to position the box, and they same to feed the same code to WebKit based browsers, and WebKit gets this right...  So there might actually be something that we're doing wrong.

I'll try to reduce the test case...

Oh, well, this is indeed a website bug.  The reason that it doesn't show up in WebKit based browsers is this rule:

#controlpanel { bottom: .5em; }

in http://www.rightmove.co.uk/ps/css31272/safari.css, which is not fed into Gecko, so we would lay out the table using a different bottom value (7.5em).
