Rogue extension's XPI (including install.rdf)

A rogue extension called "Firefox Access Plugin" (id: supportaccessplugin@gmail.com) is causing random ad popups in Firefox and should be blocklisted. From a quick look through the XPI (attached), it seems that this extension's only purpose is to pop up advertisements.

Out of curiosity, where was this reported to us?

I got this from a user on SUMO who reported random popups in Firefox.
