Using a non-branded build, I built Fennec using the default locale URL listed below set as the preference value.
STR:
1. Set my Galaxy SII device language to 'Irish' as an available language on my device.
2. Started Fennec, and got 'Installing English', which was unexpected. In actuality, Gaelige was installed properly and applied to my new profile which is good.
ER: "Installing Gaeilge"
AR: "Installing English"
I'm not sure if this is merely a string issue, or an entirely separate issue. I expected to see "Installing Gaeilge" and not "Installing English".

This might be a situation where the "Installing Gaeilge" string just isn't in the langpack. If that is the case, we could look for a better fallback string. Maybe "Installing language pack" and leave it kinda generic.

I think I'd like to make this string always read "Installing Language Pack" regardless of what is being installed, but I'd like to know where things are going wrong first.
