Details

Bug 691947 will remove the security constraints for DOM full-screen API if accessed by chrome code.

When these security constraints are removed, we will be able to remove the fall-back code path for context-menu <video> full-screen.
Bug 691947 doesn't really seem relevant here. We can remove the full-screen-api.enabled pref and the old fullscreen-video.xhtml once we've shipped the full-screen API.
