Steps to reproduce:

(for example)
1. Disable all plugins, except adobe flash
2. Open some tab[s] with flash contents, better if it will play sound (i.e. something like youtube)
3(1). Close all tabs with flash contents
or
3(2). Disable flash plugin



Actual results:

Music plays after disabling plugin (or closing tabs), plugincontainer.exe exists and its memory usage not reduced.

Bad news: this behaviour not always appear.


Expected results:

Disabled plugin should be deactivated of course.
Also, unused plugin should not be active.
