Details

the unix build configuration tool that slamm wrote would appear to be a webtool,
but isn't listed in the webtools components in Bugzilla. I'll be filing a bug
against the configuration tool in a moment, but will use 'website' as the
component.  An 'other' component here would be useful as well I guess.

Reassigning to Bugzilla, since other bugzilla.mozilla.org changes have been
placed in there, and this would help querying.  Website is mainly for
www.mozilla.org changes I think.

I will shortly submit a request to separate Bugzilla and bugzilla.mozilla.org
requests.
Slamm -- you OK if I create a component named "Build" under Webtools, and make
you the default owner?
