There seems to be a "Learn more" link there already with the same destination. Should we just update this link to be "Learn more about installing sync." ?

I think we can do without the "Click here".

Laura M, can you weigh in on this?

Steven, I tend to include click here, because it does meet the needs of the less tech savvy user base. That said, I'm thumbs up with your recommendations.

I like Steven's rec of rewording it to say 
"Learn more about installing sync."
