Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:10.0a1) Gecko/20111014 Firefox/10.0a1
Build ID: 20111014030948
Steps to reproduce:
Press Ctrl+N to open a new window.
Type "https://diresworb.org" in the address bar and press Enter.
When the page loads, click the blue sign up button.
Type a new valid email address and click the blue Verify Email button.
Go to your email account and find the confirmation email that was sent to you.
Copy the link given and paste it into the browser's address bar (do not load the page yet).
Edit any letter of the token string of the link and press Enter to load the page.
Actual results:
Page displays an error message that said, "There was a problem with your signup link. Has this address already been registered?"
Expected results:
There should be additional guidance given to users because the error message asks a question but doesn't give any other prompts to help the user troubleshoot the issue they are having. It seems like there should be a form with questions or more instructions given to the user if they are experiencing trouble.
