Steps to reproduce:

Please do not change what the user sees when entering bugs. It is unfair to the user.
The user sees --- What did you do?
That becomes --- Steps to reproduce:
The user sees --- What happened?
That becomes --- Actual results:
The user sees --- What should have happened?
That becomes --- Expected results:
Please do not misrepresent the answers the users typs by changing the questions after processing! What ever you choose to ask, make sure it does not change! Thank you!

I think it would be reasonable to put "Steps to reproduce" and "Actual results" in parentheses in the guided entry form, so that the user learns and understands "What did you do" is meant to be the same as Steps to reproduce.
