From time to time, the topic of the utility of having Necko talk directly to the parser thread comes up and there isn't good data about it. To get data, we should record the current time when Necko is ready to send a OnDataAvailable buffer to the main thread, propagate that timestamp with the buffer all the way to the parser thread and compute the delay from Necko to the parser.
