69545 - Attaching warp page doesn't display in mail

Using 2001-02-19-04 commercial build on NT

1. Go to http://warp.mcom.com
2. File | Send Page to yourself
3. Get new mail

Expected: warp content to be displayed in mail window, since it's HTML and
content-disposition is inline

Actual: warp content not displayed, as though content-disposition was attachment.

Perhaps the problem is that the warp content is called warp.mcom.com.html and
we're using the wrong '.' to look for the extension? Even if we can't find the
extension, the content-type is text/html

My guess is that the content-base information is not passed to layout. The warp
page use frames with relative url. Same problem if you save the page to disk and
try to open it into a browser window!

warp.mcom.com is no longer online.  Comment 1 sounds like an earlier-reported problem, duping.
