I verified this on the latest Beta using www.people.mozilla.com/~fdesre/capture. After pressing capture, picture is taken and preview is displayed. If picture large(eg: 5M 2592x1552) then preview of image is cut to the right side and at the bottom.

Screen shot for reopening bug. The picture should have in the middle a cup with Barcelona, but only a little of the cup is visible in the preview.
