usign 2/19 build of netscape 1) launch netscape 2) launch composer 3) Debug | plaintexteditor 4) try collapsing the menu(file, edit, view, insert, etc..) toolbar by clicking on the left most arrow tab button. it should collapse the menu toolbar.. it doesn't. see composer and browser...works fine there...
