build an internal (no vlan 5 connectivity) zeus cluster (3 machines big). internal browserid vips will be the first customers.

Testing this out today by pointing directly to PHX1 for some sanity testing.
Testing completed against PHX1 using hacked /etc/hosts file on local host. Nothing unexpected to report.
