I have used the past two releases of Mozilla (currently 0.7), and I am sad that
I have never seen a Splash screen.  I have even tried using "mozilla -splash"
and nothing.  I really like to have a splash screen when I'm waiting on large
apps to open, both to have something to look at while I wait and as an indicator
that the application is coming along.  The "splash.xpm" is in my "/opt/Mozilla"
directory.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Run mozilla
or run mozilla -splash
or run mozilla --splash
or run mozilla -showsplash
or run mozilla --showsplash

Actual Results:  Mozilla with no Splash.


Expected Results:  Show a splash.
