Steps to reproduce:

Both in Firefox and Thunderbird, anyone can go to Tools->Options->Security->Saved Passwords->Show Passwords and see all computer-owner's passwords. 



Expected results:

There must be some password protection mechanism to this button.

Password store and UI is not PSM at all... I can't find the dup right now but this can be solved by using a master password, otherwise it is not something that we want to change.
