Right now, in the unhelpfulness dashboard and chart, the helpfulness is averaged over one month.
This one-month duration was intended to collect enough votes on articles with low votes to prevent too much noise but it makes the display lag too important when content is closely related to Firefox versions, especially with a 6-week release cycle.
See https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/common-questions-after-updating-firefox/history with the 3 last weeks at 35% that doesn't show up in https://support.mozilla.com/contributors/unhelpful
Change the duration to 2 weeks.
Example for https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-do-i-change-my-language-mobile with low votes and about new Firefox 7 feature:
One-month helpfulness: 20%
Two-week helpfulness: 50%

This is a matter of changing the sql query in apps/dashboards/cron.py in both _get_current_unhelpful and _get_old_unhelpful.
