Add check for out-of-date Java on 7.0.1 and 8.0 What's New Pages.

The what's new pages for 7.0 are not shown to users and I don't think they will be for 8.0.

So I think it's not the best way to communicate with users anymore.

Either use the 3.6.25 & 9.0 What's New pages or make the plugincheck page appear once.

1. Outdated Java plug-ins are blocked by the Firefox blocklist.
