I think it would be a rad feature if the Bugzilla links rendered by MediaWiki could automatically query the Bugzilla API and present useful bug metadata. For example:

* On link hover, the bug summary and status is displayed
* The link text could automatically be changed to the bug summary
* Text strikethrough would be used if the bug is not open

Assuming the Bugzilla servers can handle this, it should probably be done with client-side JS so 1) page rendering isn't slowed by MediaWiki querying Bugzilla 2) referenced confidential bugs could be rendered if the user viewing the page has permissions on that bug.
