f1 should give focus to text field for faster interaction

this is currently done only for twitter. would like this also for mail, facebook, etc

In my testing, it gives focus to the message field for twitter and facebook, and to the "to" field for gmail.

Note however that when you click outside the panel to close it, then re-open the panel, the focus isn't reset correctly (which I think is an issue with the panel itself) - is that maybe what you are seeing?  If not, can you please describe in more detail how to reproduce the problem?

Oh - I just thought - is this maybe with the "old" F1 addon?  If so, the behaviour I'm describing is with the new "firefox share" addon (which uses a paper-plane icon rather than one saying "F1".

exactly, this is what i was seeing. is there another bug for that?

it is the new firefox share indeed

f1 is no longer an active project.  delete these messages by searching for: [closing_f1_project_bugs]
