Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1
Build ID: 20110928134238
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run a normal FF session with 1 or more tabs open.
2. Close the app normally.
3. Right-click on the FF icon on the taskbar (to open the Jump List) and select "Enter Private Browsing"
4. Close the app normally (with or without doing any browsing in private mode).
5. Run FF normally
Actual results:
This will restore the tabs that were last used in step 1, possibly including any session info (my yahoo and gmail accounts are logged in and functional even though I have FF set up to not save cookies or passwords). I also have FF set up to start with a custom home page (ie. not restoring previous tabs or anything like that) but it does save history.
This is a security/privacy issue.
This is probably Windows 7 specific as it uses the Jump List.
Expected results:
It should open my default home page and not restore an old session.
