f1 used to remember which service was last in focus, and show it when clicking f1 for other tabs. now share always defaults to the twitter service for newly opened pages.

F1 remembers the focused service after you actually share, rather than when you just select it. I actually think this is desirable, so I'm inclined to WONTFIX this - any thoughts?

Here's a use case where we should remember the selected service:
- go into service B, start typing a message, but don't share yet
- switch to a different tab
- share the tab with service A
- switch back to the previous tab
- complete the share to service B
State should be remembered for the panel in any given tab. The "last share" should also be remembered, so when you open share on a new tab without state, we know which service to select.
