User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.2; WOW64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1
Build ID: 20110928134238

Steps to reproduce:

Used ctrl + scroll to decrease text/site size. Also used View>Zoom>Zoom Out.

Actual results:

In our menu, text size was decreased but the frame that holds the drop-down menu commands became too narrow to hold all text and the last few letters of the longest command no longer fit.

Expected results:

both the text and menu "frame" should decrease proportionately (used to in older versions) so that the visual effect remains the same. This was on www.interactivebrokers.com/ibg/main.php
