Thought we had done this a while ago but we probably only care about the profile install location on fennec so we should disable the others for minor speed increases.

In the XUL UI we shipped a feedback add-on with the application. If we want to keep the door open to do that with the Native UI I guess we want:

enableScopes = 5

Yeah I was trying to figure out if we were going to do that. We could always change this later of course.
