"Permanently store this exception" should IMHO be unchecked

Since aeons, the security dialog "Add Security Exception" for non-verifiable certificates shows the checkbox "Permanently store this exception" initially checked. This annoys me, since I believe that a user should explicitly *agree* to have the exception stored in order to prevent the less experienced user from accidentally trusting potentially dubious sites permanently if he had not recognized the importance of this checkbox. So I suggest to uncheck this checkbox by default.
