Craig, for this bug, since we won't have the ability to add this as a content type, let's proceed doing the following:

Step 1. Tuesday, Nov 22, Bug 702674 will be released and available at: 
http://www.mozilla.org/fr/press

Step 2. Take that template's header/footer navigation and the en-US format for the media library at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/press/media/logos/ 

Step 3. Build a single static page and update with copy in bug 697825

Logos Mozilla, link "Indications Supplémentaires" (Additional Guidelines), intro sentence:

IS: Le logo et le nom de la marquedoivent être espacés.
SHOULD BE: Le logo et le nom de la marque doivent être espacés.
