See bug 679966 comment 114. When I click the button to turn my phone's screen off, the focused document is still marked as "visible".

Note to self: They may not be different events on Android, but in case they are, we need to handle both the case when the user presses the screen-off button and when the display turns off by itself.

This works for bz's Android 3.2 tablet, but not for my Nexus S (2.3.6).

justin, i have a 2.3.6 Nex S also, but can't reproduce your comment. Using Native Fennec UI build. are you on the nightly?

Tony, Martijn, what happens when you load the attached page, turn off your device's screen, then go back to the browser? Does the page say anything about it?
Android 2 is no longer supported.
