I was going to say that we'll still need this for the style inspector when opened via the webconsole (can we remove that now?), but testing inspectstyle(document.body) creates a panel with a broken resizer.

VERIFIED FIXED with Nightly and Aurora Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:10.0a2) Gecko/20111124 Firefox/10.0a2.

Thanks to Rob for explaining where the resizer was: it was visible in the lower right corner of the Style sidebar when the "Properties" button is clicked (not "Rules").
