Result:
On the 1st flash of the caret on Last name text box only a fourth or third of the caret is visible.

From a 3rd party confirmation: "I saw the effect for one flash of the caret and then the whole caret appeared. I had to reload the page to repeat. Only appeared if Tab was used. If page reloaded the effect was repeatable."

It works if I set gfx.font_rendering.cleartype_params.force_gdi_classic_max_size to 0.

I dont' see this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:11.0a1) Gecko/20111216 Firefox/11.0a1 but maybe i'm missing something?

I still see the partial caret for the 1st flash of it following the STR with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120221 Firefox/13.0a1 ID:20120221031301
