there's a lot of classes in these two files: iterators, the abstract bases
themselves, promise-substring, promise-concatenation, literals, and stuff that
should be in "nsReadableUtils.[h, cpp]".  Splitting it up will make classes
easier to find in peoples local trees, and is generally the desired scheme.
setting milestone to mozilla0.9.1, but this is one I'd like to pull into
mozilla0.9 if I have time

(mass change) didn't get these in for target milestone mozilla0.8.1 but they are
very close.  Moving all to mozilla0.9.
